10–14 working days for production and dispatch.

This timeframe includes manufacturing, quality checks, and packaging to ensure you receive a product that meets our standards.

During high-demand launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

In-Stock Items

Items marked as in stock are ready to ship.

Please allow:

3–5 working days for dispatch.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order was placed.

Shipping times may vary depending on:

  • Courier delays

  • Peak periods (e.g. launches, holidays)

  • Incorrect address information provided at checkout

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has left our facility.
